Kalri Jagir is a village in the north-west India. This village is rich in Indian cultural traditions and values.. A true picture of cultural assimilation and brotherhood can be witnessed in this beautiful habitat on earth.
The village is on the bank of Amalgamation canal.. The village embodies fairly good educational and youth grooming infrastructure.. There are four Schools in the village, one of them is a Government Senior Secondary School.. One private school is also upto senior secondary level.. A block level sports complex in the vacinity of the village provides enough opportunity to the youth to play and grow..
The primary occupation of the villagers is agriculture.. The people are very friendly and cooperative.. The only thing village lacks is a state sponsored public transport system.. It is only through the cooperative effort, effective use of local resources, generation of opportunities and people empowerment, the village can keep on shining like a diamond in the Indian crown..
